The outshining of data can sometimes come in the midst of the sort of data
stream which we are certain cannot be an expression of open intelligence—like
wild and out of control jealousy for instance—where there are extremely
afflictive thoughts and emotions. But all of a sudden it is recognized that
open intelligence is simultaneously and spontaneously present, outshining all
the onrushing emotions of jealousy.
